Booz Allen contractor: Heard on the radio earlier that his wife claims he

only took stuff home to work from there. For the moment let's assume this is true. Let's say he had no intent to sell, distribute or otherwise misuse the information he had. Let's say he did not lose sight of the documents he had, that nobody broke into his house and took it. Does the FBI prosecute? I know what my defense would be if they did. Does he ever see classified material again? Not bloody likely.
